excellant ride, but not good on fuel

I purchased my 2004 touring Turbo Jan 09 expecting a good ride with good fuel consumption... Got the ride but the fuel is 34L for 120Miles works out to 17Miles per IMP Gallon.. NOT GOOD. I have friends with the non Turbo 660 getting 25 to 30 MPG for the same trip..I'm 60 years old I don't want 100+...

Truth about 660 touring

I have put tens of thousands of miles on this model. There is good & bad, mostly good. It is heavy, runs hot, almost bullet proof. The snow flap is a most important cooling device.
