Polaris puts Snocross fans in hot seats

Polaris’ Hot Seats Ranger promotion will give some snocross fans an unprecedented view of the action at World Powersports Association (WPSA) snocross events. Offering snocross fans the best seats in the house for Pro finals at WPSA National events, Polaris’ Hot Seats Ranger winner at each WPSA National event will get to watch the finals from the infield of the race track while seated comfortably on heated seats in the back of a highly customized Polaris Ranger.

Polaris Hot Seats fans have two chances of being selected for this viewing experience. A few lucky race fans will be chosen at random by WPSA staffers to be escorted into the infield and watch the action from not only the best seats, but the warmest ones too. Others will win by signing up for the Polaris Avalanche Racing Crew Member for a Day contest.

Race fans can register online at http://www.wpsaracing.com/ or http://www.avalancheraceteam.com/ and clicking on Crew Member for a Day Contest. One winner will receive prizes and the opportunity to be an official member of the Avalanche Racing Team during Sunday’s racing activities at one of the 2007-2008 WPSA PowerSports Snowmobile Tour National events. Winners must attend the event to be eligible and will be notified via e-mail five business days prior to the race.

The Polaris Hot Seats Ranger is fitted with a Pure Polaris Prospector II Track System for added traction in addition to a customized, heated bench seat with individual heat controls.

In addition, if an Avalanche Racing racer reaches the podium in the finals on Sunday, the Crew Person for a Day will also receive up to $1,000 in products and discount certificate “This is the second year we’ve done the Crew Person of the Day promotion,” says Bonnie Glefke, who co-owns Avalanche Racing with her husband Mike. “It’s really a fun experience for the whole team. The winners eat with us; they go to the starting line with us, to the finish line. They get to do some flagging and they get to go into all the transporters for the chance to meet their favorite drivers.”
Everyone who registers receives a $10 Pure Polaris coupon good toward Pure Polaris merchandise available at participating Polaris dealers.

The winners will enjoy the warmth of a customized, heated seating platform. The back of the special Hot Seats Ranger—which is fitted with a Pure Polaris Prospector II Track System for added traction at the snocross event—has a large bench seat with individual heat controls. No matter how cold the track temperature, the Hot Seats Ranger winners see the action in heated comfort.
