2021 Arctic Cat Blast Preview
New mid-size models feature a fuel-injected, single-cylinder, two-stroke engine
The brand new 2021 Arctic Cat Blast family highlights the second wave of Cat’s 2021 model year lineup.
Three models are part of the 2021 Arctic Cat Blast family – the Blast M 4000, Blast ZR 4000 and Blast LT 4000. All three machines are powered by an industry-first electronic fuel-injected, two-stroke, 397cc engine that produces a claimed 65 horsepower. They also come equipped with a smaller chassis for improved visibility and lighter handling.
And though these sleds may feature a smaller engine, they still come from the factory with technology found on Cat’s full-size snowmobiles like the Arctic Drive System and Arctic Mountain Suspension (AMS).
Other Blast features include G2 ProClimb 7 skis, digital gauge, electric start, and what Cat calls best-in-class power-to-weight ratio.
